Experienced in Real Estate Planning, Zoning, Acquisition, Demolition, Development, Adaptive Re-use, Green Energy Conservation, Construction Project Management, and Commercial Property Sales and Leasing.  I have extensive knowledge of Tax Credit programs including Section 42 Tax Credit, New Market Tax Credit, and Historic Tax Credit. Additionally, I have experience with market rate& conventional multi-family housing, subsidized property management, and affordable home-ownership programs.
